Terms of sample procedure

1.1

Initial samples will be charged at the basic prices plus 100% up charge and 10% handling charge;

1.2

Courier charges: All samples will be dispatch through customers and consignees courier receiver account to avoid excessive couriers charges.

1.3

Samples Agreement after signed/stamp has to be submit to FSAP before processing any counter sample or other expectation.

1.4

Customer agreed to that with all needful charges & cost for processing.

2.0

Terms of shipment

2.1

Container shipments by ocean vessel FOB or CFR to ASWP only, by B/L (bill of lading doc.)

2.2

by Air Cargo by AWB documents.

2.3

Discharge port or final destination, unloading capacity DD/WW/ are requested.

2.4

Terms are valid from lading port to destination port.

2.5

Delays of shipment occur by ocean vessel or by Airfreight company are outside of FSAP responsibility and liability and cannot be reimbursed of charge or any objections.

3.0

Terms of payment

3.1

by T/T transfer payment 30% as depsoit, 70% before shipment against documents as B/L-AWB, or 70%

3.2

by Irrevocable, transferable confirmed, unconditional L/C 100% at sight by prime world bank.

3.3

any other terms need obligingness arrangement.

4.0

Terms of Claim

4.1

FSAP-Quality Control provide certification by FSAP-QC-stuff under and with FSAP-suppliers liability certify faultless and perfect condition of the goods before shipment.

4.2

FSAP submit copy of QC-certification to customer before shipment.

4.3

Customer obliged to confirm the FSAP QC-certification by stamp/signed return to sender immediately, before final shipment date.

4.4

Claims after received the goods (FCR-stamp) has to be announced within 10 work days. Claims which delay are expire and invalid.

4.5

In case of expire FSAP keep rights reserved to reject any further claim of damage, Furthermore for goods which are certified as faultless.

4.6

The customer has the right to use another international QC company as SGS (or similar) to guarantee his production by claim refund in case of defective goods to his own cost and risk.
