Assembly Line

Our supplier currently operates 10 semi-automatic production lines. Each line is equipped to produce 200 electric bicycles and 50 electric scooter by day. current annual production capacity is 600,000 units and will be doubled next year.

Painting Line

To achieve the best visual appearance, our supplier adopts a three process painting technique, with primal paint for 30min at 60 then main colour for 50min at 60 and finish touch for 90min at 75 The material surface of Electric Bicycle and Scooter will be cleaned in completely.

Wheel Line

The spoke wheel assembly line is able to produce up to 1,000,000 pcs a year. In 2006, our Electric Bicycle and Scooter supplier made significant investment to bring in latest technology and introduce two Calibration Instruments to fine tune spokes.

Testing Center

We value quality and safety more than anything else... Performance Test Electric Bicycle and Scooter: On average, 500KM of Road Simulation is conducted to observe and verify the operations of motor, controller and brake.
